Introduction:
Fructo oligosaccharide is a kind of sugarcane oligosaccharide. Oligosaccharide syrup was obtained from the Jerusalem artichoke powder by hydrolysis with inulin endonuclease.

Fructo oligosaccharides is a kind of natural active substance. The sweetness is 0.3-0.6 times of sucrose.It keeps the pure sweetness of sugarcane with a fresher flavor. It is a new sweetener which has the functions of regulating intestinal flora, increasing bifidobacteria, promoting calcium absorption, regulating blood lipids, immunomodulation, anti caries, and so on. It is recognized as the most potential new additive after the antibiotic era---promoting biomass and has been used in dairy products, lactobacillus beverages, solid beverages, candies, biscuits, bread, jelly, cold drinks, and many other foods.

Application
