On October 23, 2020, the Food and Beverage Formula Innovation Forum (FBFI) was successfully held at the Hilton Hotel in Xiamen, with more than 300 companies participating this time!
China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, China Agricultural University, South China University of Technology, Jiangnan University, Shanghai Food Association, Want Want Group, INNOVA, DSM, DuPont, Gelita, Givaudan, Angel Yeast, Tailijie and other 16 well-known experts jointly discussed the innovative applications of new raw materials, new nutrition, and new flavor technologies in baking, leisure, aquatic products, meat products, and beverages.
More than half of consumers worldwide expect to increase dietary fiber in their diet. The fiber-rich claims appeal to consumers as a way to help them reach healthy goals. However, fiber has another important role to play: help food manufacturer reducing calories and sugar. The "Dietary Fiber and Prebiotics Empower the Development of Healthy Food" shared by Fangjie Guo showcased the latest research results, functional properties, applications of dietary fiber, and prebiotics in the food and beverage industry, and combined actual cases for detailed interpretation. It was recognized by many guests at the conference.
